The switch to Squarespace

Hey everybody, hope you all are well!

Today I am going to talk about something us here at technoladget are really excited about, and we hope you are too.

WordPress really has been great to us the past three months. Viewing page statistics, adding new posts and polls, and controlling some crazy commenters has never been easier. At least that’s what we thought.

There is one thing that wordpress.com (not .org) does not allow, and that is the inclusion of adsense ads. We know, ads suck. We know you hate them, so do we.

I have recently been made aware of a site similar to wordpress called Squarespace. Squarespace is a very powerful Internet blogging tool, and is the basis of sites such as okaygeek , which in my opinion look really good. In an attempt to monetize the site with a very small number of ads, and in an attempt to give us more control of the site, we’re switching to Squarespace. We hope you are as excited as we are for the transition.

Head over to Squarespace to check it out.

Thanks to my dad Steve Prior and his business Sync International for sponsoring/funding this awesome transition.

It is good that you are going to be rewarded for the informative work that you do.

How long is the process going to take Hamish?

    Cool move guys. šŸ™‚
